Every recommendation ties to a number you can track, clinical or financial.
Speed to improvement
We fix what pays back fastest first. Early wins fund additional changes.
Systems that retain progress
Repeatable workflows, dashboards, and expertise to realize and maintain gains.
Getting started
Your first 90 days: Assessment, Action, Results.
It starts with a free discovery call, where we take a first look at your numbers. If we're a fit, we start a 90-day plan, beginning with the Assessment. Every practice moves at its own pace: Assessment work carries into Action, early results often show in the third month, and gains keep building from month 12 onward. We handle the heavy lifting, with as little disruption to your team as possible.

Examine and diagnose
Assessment, then an actionable plan
We review your revenue cycle management (RCM), billing, collections, payer contracts, workflows, and clinical data, benchmark them, and turn the findings into a plan ranked by impact.
Net collection rate, total cost of medical billing, and contract rates, measured
Provider and site performance compared side by side
A short list of priorities for each provider
Plus our 30-day diagnostic checklist, shared at kickoff
We work on 3 things: people, process, and data. Each one is tied to a number you can track.
People
Every provider at their best
Our Physician Barometer gives each physician a clear view of 22 criteria covering their care and productivity, benchmarked against peers. Physicians choose their top 3 changes together with leaders and managers, so the focus stays manageable.
Provider productionClinical outcomes
Process
Workflows that run without you
Billing, scheduling, and clinical protocols rebuilt so they run the same way every day, whether or not the owner is in the building.
Net collection rateTotal cost of medical billing
Data
Proof that brings payers to the table
Outcomes and financial data benchmarked against the market, so you can show payers where your care stands out and make the case to be paid for it.
A revenue issue is often also a workflow, staffing, or technology issue. We address the entire practice so the real problem gets fixed.
01
Examine
We review the systems, structure, data, and daily operations that drive performance.
02
Diagnose
We find what's working, what isn't, and what's creating friction, measured against benchmarks.
03
Prescribe
We build an actionable plan with clear priorities, ranked by impact and speed.
04
Improve
We do the work with your team and measure results that are built to last.
For women's health practices
Where revenue slips in obstetrics and maternal-fetal medicine (MFM).
Pregnancy care is billed differently from almost everything else in medicine. These are the patterns we look for first, because each one is common, quiet, and fixable.
Transfers of care
Care lost mid-pregnancy
When a patient transfers in or out partway through pregnancy, a global package no longer applies, and from 2027 every prenatal visit is reported on its own. Either way, unless each visit reaches a claim, the care goes unpaid.
High-risk care
Extra visits billed as routine
Visits for complications can often be billed separately from routine care, when the note supports it. When they're folded into routine care, the extra work is done for free.
Ultrasound
Scans denied for documentation
Detailed anatomy scans are denied when the note doesn't support medical necessity. The scan was done; the documentation didn't follow.
Fetal testing
Tests performed, never charged
Non-stress tests and biophysical profiles are easy to miss in a busy clinic, or to bundle incorrectly. Each one is small. Across a year, they add up.
Authorizations
Missed prior authorizations
Genetic testing and advanced imaging often need approval first. When an authorization slips, the claim becomes a write-off.
Shared care
MFM and OB claims that collide
When a specialist and an obstetrician care for the same patient, overlapping claims can cancel each other out, and one side goes unpaid.
Days 1–30, Assessment: we review your billing, collections, payer contracts, workflows, and clinical data, benchmark them, and agree on a plan ranked by impact.
Days 31–60, Action: we put the top priorities in place alongside your team.
Day 61 onward, Results: we measure against your day-one numbers and plan what's next.
How does it start?
With a free discovery call, where we take a first look at your numbers from summary reports you share, such as collections, billing costs, and payer contract rates. If we're a fit, we start a 90-day plan, beginning with the Assessment.
Do you replace our medical billing company?
Not necessarily. Many medical billing companies do solid work. Revenue cycle problems often start upstream of billing, so we work across the front desk, documentation, and contracts, alongside your billing team or vendor. We also help medical billing companies become better partners to the practices they serve.
What is the total cost of medical billing?
It's our all-in measure of what it costs to get paid: the vendor fee, the staff and outside contracts billing touches, and the revenue written off along the way. Most of the market measures billing cost against collections. We measure it against gross annual revenue, because write-offs are dollars your practice earned and can go after. Counted that way, it's often 30 to 40 percent.
What is the Physician Barometer?
A view of 22 criteria covering each physician's care and productivity, benchmarked against peers. Each physician chooses their top 3 changes together with leaders and managers.
Which practices do you work with?
Medical practices, specialty practices, physician groups, health systems, and PE-backed practice platforms. Our founders grew a specialty practice into a large regional network, and the same playbook can work across specialties and practice types.
When do results show?
Every practice moves at its own pace. Early results often show in the third month, and gains keep building over 12+ months. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
A revenue problem is rarely only a revenue problem. We look across every area that shapes performance, then focus on the few that matter most for your practice.
