Berkeley is a business professional and serial entrepreneur who has created, grown, and sold multiple medical practices, with specific expertise in startups and optimizing existing medical practice performance.
Prior to founding Practice Now, Berkeley built a career in serial entrepreneurship, launching more than forty-five for-profit and eight non-profit corporations. He has helped raise millions of dollars through seed-round, mezzanine, and full-series venture funding, and has participated in sale-side processes led by tier 1 and tier 2 investment banks, as well as private equity transactions.
